Return Policy
Your Return Authorization request must be made within 30 days from the date of product receipt. Absolutely no returns will be accepted without an RA#, and will be refused and returned to the sender. Please email the completed Return Authorization Form to your Customer Service Representative.
The Return Authorization Form will be returned to you via email including your authorization number, and the ship to address for the returnable goods. It is important to note that the authorization number will be valid for 30 days only, and will be considered void if returned after that date and refused (costs associated are the responsibility of the sender). After that time, if returning is then still viable, you must obtain a new RA number.
Any shipments returned to an incorrect address will be refused and returned at the sender’s expense.
A credit will not be issued unless all merchandise is in resalable condition and in its original packaging (unless defective). Goods must be shipped prepaid to the address specified by your Customer Service Representative.
An RA# is not needed if the product is defective. Simply contact the nearest service center.
RMI reserves the right to assess acceptable/unacceptable returns on a case by case basis. Customers should be advised that certain manufacturers do charge a restocking fee that will be your responsibility unless defective. RMI will add a $25 handling fee to returns unless they are defective.
